* POWER COST ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE (PCAC): All metered rates are subject to a positive or negative power cost adjustment charge equiva-lent to the amount by which the current cost of power (per kilowatt-hour of sales) is greater or lesser than the base cost of power purchased and produced (per kilowatt-hour of sales). ** POWER FACTOR CLAUSE: The Utility installs varhour meters on all electrical services that have demands greater than 200 KW each month. Customers are charged a penalty for power factors
